About the Role: Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Rainbow USA, you will play a key role in driving sales, leading your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

Create and maintain a friendly, professional store environment for customers and team members
Drive store volume and meet company goals through effective leadership
Recruit, hire, and train store associates
Motivate and coach staff, ensuring exceptional customer service every day
Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and floor coverage for maximum productivity
Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards to reflect Rainbow’s fashion-forward identity
Oversee store operations including loss prevention, performance reviews, and task execution
