As part of this exciting expansion, the company is looking for dependable and hardworking Laborers to support short-term, physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

About the Role

Laborers at Hithium will play a hands-on role in supporting construction, site preparation, and daily operations within the new facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong stamina, a willingness to work outdoors, and the drive to be part of something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and clean construction or maintenance sites
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Build and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth
Operate light tools and machinery
Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters or equipment operators
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions
Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
Basic construction or tool-handling skills (preferred but not required)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Shifts Available

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
