Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Supervisor

In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day warehouse operations and drive results through strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Operations Management: Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate warehouse associates. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to improve performance.
Inventory & Quality Control: Conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure product quality.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Reporting & Communication: Share operational updates with managers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.

Qualifications Needed

This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and hands-on operational knowledge.

3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environments
At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
