💼 Your Role as a Fine Fragrance Marketing Associate

As part of the US Fine Fragrance Marketing Team, you’ll:

Support the team with strategic marketing initiatives and client needs.
Contribute to social media strategy and PR outreach.
Stay ahead of beauty and fragrance market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
Develop and present creative marketing strategies for global beauty partners.
Analyze consumer data (NPD, Euromonitor, etc.) to provide valuable insights.
Work closely with the Marketing Director and gain high-level exposure to business strategies.

✅ Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

BA/BS degree (MBA a plus)
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty or luxury goods
Knowledge of fragrance industry trends (preferred but not required)
Strong brand understanding, especially in the luxury sector
Excellent communication & presentation skills
A mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Passion for fragrance, beauty, and consumer insights

💵 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications)
