Maintaining and merchandising the meat department area
Receiving and processing meat orders
Handling special meat product requests
Ensuring compliance with Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations
Participating in training and professional development opportunities
Supporting and mentoring new staff when needed
