💼 Job Overview

As a Greenskeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the golf course remains beautiful, safe, and enjoyable for players year-round. From maintaining turf areas to setting up the course for play, your work will directly impact the golfing experience at Austin Country Club.

Pay Range: $11.13 – $12.50 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Austin Country Club, Austin, MN 55912
Shift: Early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

🏌️ Key Responsibilities

Maintain greens, fairways, and roughs with precise mowing and care.
Assist with turf construction, seeding, aeration, and top dressing.
Operate turf care equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Perform irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs.
Set up the course daily (tee markers, flagsticks, hole changes).

🎓 Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; turf management education is a plus.
Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Knowledge of turfgrass care and equipment handling preferred.
Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
