🛠 Your Mission as Electrical Engineer Level 3

As a senior technical leader, you’ll drive the design, modeling, and optimization of electrical systems for large-scale solar and BESS projects. This includes:

📐 Advanced System Design – Creating single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, protection schemes, and grounding layouts.
⚡ High-Voltage Expertise – Conducting short-circuit, load flow, harmonic, and voltage regulation studies.
🔍 Grid Interconnection – Leading modeling, compliance studies, and coordination with utilities.
🖥 SCADA & Control – Designing control strategies and communications for peak performance.
📑 Compliance – Ensuring designs meet NEC, IEEE, NERC, FERC, and other standards.
👨‍🏫 Mentorship – Guiding junior engineers and standardizing design best practices.

🎯 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable running simulations in ETAP or SKM as they are leading a project review meeting.

Required:

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) 🎓
4+ years in power system design & interconnection modeling
High voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) design experience
AutoCAD proficiency + intermediate skills in SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower
PE License or NABCEP Certification (preferred) 🏅
