Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager at Mercalis, you will play a critical leadership role across client programs.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Managing client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Hosting and facilitating internal and client kickoff meetings
Recommending program strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with the Director of Client Services
Gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements
Managing program budgets and providing cost-optimization recommendations
Serving as the primary day-to-day client contact
Conducting regular meetings to present updates, insights, and program enhancements
Developing deep expertise in assigned therapeutic classes and competitive landscapes
Creating innovative, data-driven solutions to maximize brand value
Measuring and monitoring program KPIs
Supporting clients in navigating internal processes and compliance requirements
Managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
Leading and coordinating internal project stakeholders
Acting as a subject matter expert both internally and externally
Mentoring and training Associate Program Managers when needed

Required Qualifications & Experience
