Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager at Mercalis, you will play a critical leadership role across client programs.
Core Responsibilities Include:

Managing client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Hosting and facilitating internal and client kickoff meetings

Gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements
