Position Overview: Fundraising Volunteer

Location: Remote

As a Fundraising Volunteer, you will play a critical role in helping YES sustain its mission. You’ll engage with donors, support campaigns, and help amplify YES’s advocacy efforts through creative communication and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives
Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with current and potential donors through communication and appreciation messages
Research & Outreach: Identify potential funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships
Content Creation: Collaborate with the YES team to develop social media posts, newsletters, and impact stories
Administrative Assistance: Maintain accurate records of donors, pledges, and campaign outcomes
Awareness & Advocacy: Promote youth-led initiatives, human rights, and anti-corruption efforts in your community

Qualifications

Passion for justice, youth empowerment, and social change
Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills
Comfortable engaging with individuals, organizations, and community groups
Creative mindset for campaign and content ideas
Previous fundraising, marketing, or advocacy experience is a plus, but not required
Multilingual volunteers are highly encouraged
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote or in-person settings
