📝 Job Summary

The Server is responsible for delivering friendly, professional, and efficient food service to guests. This role ensures high standards of food and beverage quality while providing exceptional guest service in dining, lounge, and banquet environments.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and professionally
Take food and drink orders accurately
Present menus and answer guest questions
Recommend wine and beverage selections when appropriate
Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
Clear, reset, and maintain dining tables
Complete assigned side work and maintain clean work areas
Follow safety standards and MSDS guidelines
Assist with banquet and function room setup when needed
Attend department meetings and training sessions

🎓 Skills, Education & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous server or restaurant experience
Basic math skills for totaling bills and making change
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift and carry trays and items up to 20 lbs
