Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks

Greet guests and guide them through drink selections

Process cash and card payments using the POS system

Deliver drinks and food quickly while maintaining quality

Maintain cleanliness of equipment, counters, and displays

Monitor inventory and restock for high-volume periods
Qualifications

Barista experience (6 months–1 year preferred)

Strong multitasking and task-prioritization skills

Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and safe food handling

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to lift 15–30 lbs and stand for extended periods
