🛒 About the Role

As a Store Associate, Cashier, or Stocker, you’ll act as the face of ALDI, providing an excellent shopping experience while ensuring the store runs efficiently.

Responsibilities by Role:

Cashier Duties:

Process customer purchases and handle cash transactions accurately
Provide outstanding customer service
Stock shelves and maintain tidy merchandise displays
Monitor inventory and report issues

Stocker Duties:

Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure fresh products
Follow merchandising planograms for neat displays
Operate equipment safely, including hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers
Work morning shifts and maintain a clean store environment

Store Associate Duties:

Combine cashier and stocker responsibilities
Assist with Curbside Shopping orders
Maintain a safe and organized store

Age: 18+
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Skills:
