About the Role
As a Data Product Manager, you will operate at the intersection of technology, business intelligence, and product strategy. You will translate complex data needs into scalable solutions that enable decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Platform Strategy & Execution

Own the roadmap and prioritization for analytics services and data platform capabilities, including databases, data lakes, and pipelines.

Optimize analytics tools, reporting systems, and workflow orchestration for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Establish disaster recovery protocols and SLAs to protect data assets and ensure business continuity.
AI, ML & Experimentation
-
Drive AI and machine learning initiatives, leveraging predictive models and automation to enhance products and operations.

Manage experimentation infrastructure, including multivariate and A/B testing, to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Customer-Facing Data Products

Develop dashboards and data services that provide value to clients, balancing technical feasibility with user experience.
Stakeholder Management & Enablement

Serve as the primary data liaison across Revenue, Finance, Product, Engineering, Insurance, Marketing, Operations, and CX teams.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, prioritize competing demands, and enable teams with the tools and insights needed for success.
Data Governance & Compliance

Establish and enforce governance frameworks, quality standards, and regulatory compliance protocols, including privacy and industry-specific requirements.
Required Experience & Skills

5+ years in data product management, analytics engineering, or related roles.

Proven experience managing data platforms, including databases, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines.

Expertise in SQL, data modeling, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Omni), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience with experimentation platforms and statistical analysis.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.

Background in insurtech, fintech, or embedded solutions.
