📋 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Inventory Management

Conduct daily and cyclical inventory counts.
Verify incoming shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.

🔹 Material Handling

Receive, issue, and deliver parts and PPE.
Operate forklifts for unloading and storage.
Prepare materials for return or repair.

🔹 Documentation & Data Entry

Process receipts and issue slips in SAP.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Assist departments in locating parts and materials.

🔹 Cross-Training & Continuous Improvement

Support purchasing functions across packaging and office operations.
Assist with audits, special projects, and peak workloads.
Promote 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

🎓 Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SAP experience is a plus).
Ability to operate a forklift and perform physical tasks.
Reliable, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
