Key Responsibilities

As a Ramen Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Japanese cuisine. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting and leading in ramen preparation, including cutting, chopping, slicing, boiling, and washing ingredients.
Cleaning and sanitising dishes, cookware, and utensils.
Maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment by sanitising food preparation workstations.
Following all food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

Previous F&B experience is preferred but not required – training will be provided.
Comfortable working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for food preparation.
