🛠Key Responsibilities
As a Distribution Center Associate, your role will be central to ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: You will be responsible for fulfilling orders from stored inventory, ensuring that customer requirements are met and that all inspection/testing processes are followed.

Shipping and Receiving: Ship orders within the required timeframes, ensuring all documentation (packing lists, shipping labels, etc.) is complete and accurate. Additionally, you will receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials, verifying them against written orders.

Inventory Management: Participate in stock handling, storing, and distribution, ensuring all materials are organized and inventory levels are maintained.

Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with teams to optimize procedures and improve key performance metrics.

Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is properly processed and maintained, and communicate any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor.
🔧 Physical Demands
This role requires you to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work at heights exceeding 15 feet. You may also need forklift certification to assist with material handling.
