⚡ Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Qcells, you’ll:

Lead Electrical System Design – Create high-voltage designs for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, ensuring compliance with grid interconnection requirements.
Optimize Performance – Conduct protective relay coordination studies, transient analysis, and dynamic system modeling.
Ensure Compliance – Meet NEC, IEEE, NERC, FERC, and UL standards while working closely with utilities to secure approvals.
Guide Project Execution – Oversee QA/QC for designs, support procurement, and lead commissioning.
Mentor Engineers – Provide technical leadership, standardize design processes, and develop the next generation of electrical engineers.

🛠 Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 6+ years in power system engineering, high-voltage design, and interconnection studies.
Skills:
- Power system stability & protection design
- AutoCAD (Advanced)
- SKM, ETAP, EasyPower (Proficient)
Licenses/Certifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or NABCEP PV Professional (Preferred).
Knowledge: Deep understanding of grid codes, interconnection rules, and regulatory compliance.
