Role Overview
The Field Marketing Manager is the primary marketing contact for Franchisees within assigned regions. You will manage the execution of brand-building programs, drive sales through promotional activities, and ensure corporate marketing strategies are effectively implemented at the local level.
Key Responsibilities
Regional & Local Marketing Execution

Plan, execute, and manage regional and local marketing plans to maximize brand awareness and customer traffic.

Implement promotions that increase sales and support new store openings and product rollouts.

Develop and execute event strategies, including logistics, onsite management, and post-event analysis.
Vendor & Budget Management

Manage co-op and regional fund budgets, track accounts, and forecast metrics for each program.

Communicate effectively with media vendors, oversee buys, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Drive joint marketing programs with regional partners and coordinate sponsorships to enhance engagement.
Franchisee Collaboration & Leadership

Act as the primary marketing liaison with local Franchisees, ensuring compliance with corporate strategies and brand standards.

Influence franchisee performance and drive alignment on regional and corporate initiatives.

Provide strategic support for DMA Co-op programs and regional activations.
Analysis & Optimization

Analyze performance of marketing plans and implement strategies to optimize underperforming campaigns.

Monitor and report program success against established goals.

Guide consistent corporate and brand messaging across all initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, retail, hospitality, or media.

Proven experience developing and executing local and regional marketing plans.

Expertise in managing budgets, multiple accounts/markets, and vendor relationships.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) within the assigned area.

Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.

Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, especially Excel.
