General Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store leadership
Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents and data
Perform additional duties as assigned
Cashier Responsibilities
As a cashier at ALDI, you will:
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
Operate the cash register and follow cash-handling policies
Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
Stock shelves and maintain neat merchandise displays
Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
Report inventory issues, scanning errors, and product concerns to management
Assist with store inventory counts
Comply with state and local laws regarding alcohol sales
Stocker Responsibilities
As a stocker, your duties will include:
Stocking shelves and rotating products to ensure freshness
Following merchandising planograms for clean, organized displays
Organizing new inventory and breaking down empty boxes
Operating store equipment safely, including hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers
Supporting morning store operations with early start times
Physical Requirements
This role is physically active and requires the ability to:
Sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
Lift and place merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights (Stocker role)

Qualifications
To qualify for the ALDI Cashier / Stocker position, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications
